All passengers travelling on domestic coastal itineraries must produce valid Government-issued Photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID). For Sri Lanka international itineraries, a valid Passport with minimum 6 months validity from travel date is mandatory.
Boarding gate closes strictly 2 hours prior to scheduled departure. Passengers are advised to reach the cruise terminal at least 3 to 4 hours before departure for baggage drop and security clearance.
Guests must adhere to safety announcements by the ship's Captain and Crew. Illegal substances, hazardous items, and firearms are strictly prohibited onboard. Cordelia Cruises reserves the right to refuse passage to unruly individuals.
Each passenger is permitted up to 2 pieces of checked baggage weighing maximum 25 kg per piece, plus 1 hand luggage. Alcohol and outside food items are not permitted inside checked or hand baggage.
Tickets are non-transferable. Name change requests are subject to approval and processing fees up to 7 days prior to departure.
